South Dorset Buddhist Group

Meetings

The group meets at 7.30pm on Thursdays at 3, New Close Gardens, Rodwell Weymouth DT4 8RG for support with the practice of Buddhism.

Newcomers are required to telephone before attending a meeting.
Our friendly meetings include chanting, meditation, readings, discussion, tea and are suitable for all levels of interest.

There is no charge but donations are accepted towards the Buddhist Library and support of Monks and Nuns.

Affiliation

We have close connections with the Hartridge Theravāda Buddhist Monastery
in Honiton Devon where we attend regular meditation workshops.
We occasionally have visits from a monk of the Forest Sangha Tradition
