Anapanasati is the Pali term for "awareness of the breath". This simple meditation practice uses the breath as the object of awareness.
It is suitable for all levels of practitioner.

This relaxation may be practised lying down or seated. Ensure that you are warm, comfortable and will not be interrupted.
This relaxation can also be used as a prelude to sleep.
